Primer Encuentro Nacional sobre Uso Racional y Eficente de la Energía en Colombia
La Cámara de Grandes Consumidores de Energía y Gas de la Asociación Nacionales de Industriales (ANDI) y la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética (UPME) del Ministerio de Minas y Energía de Colombia realizaron, los días 17 y 18 de julio de 2003, el Primer Encuentro Nacional de Uso Racional y Eficiente de la Energía, que contó con la participación de más que doscienos representantes del sector industrial, de la academia, de centros de investigación y de entes gubernamentales.

The Energy Charter Secretariat has published the “In-depth Reviews of Energy Efficiency Policies and Programmes of Bulgaria and Romania”, which were realised with the assistance of the director of Energy-Strategies, Wolfgang F. Lutz in September 2001 and April 2002 respectively. The reports provide detailed insights in the efforts of the respective Governments to promote energy efficiency in an environment of gradual energy market liberalisation and preparation for accession to the European Union.
