Por orden del Banco Mundial, el director de Estrategias Energéticas, Wolfgang F. Lutz, elaboró la Guía de Implementación del Programa de Normas y Etiquetado de Eficiencia Energética de Panamá. La Guía de Implementación fue preparada en estrecha coordinación con la Secretaría Nacional de Energía de Panamá y todas las partes interesadas que están cooperando en el Programa.

By order of the World Bank, the director of Energy-Strategies, Wolfgang F. Lutz, elaborated the Implementation Guide for the Energy Efficiency Standards and Labelling Programme of Panama. The Implementation Guide was prepared in close coordination with the National Energy Secretariat of Panama and all relevant stakeholders who are involved in the Programme.

Following the development of a strategy for transposition of the EU Ecodesign Directive and Implementing Measures into Ukrainian legislation, in the framework of the INOGATE Programme of the European Commission, the same team of EU and Ukrainian experts provided continued support to the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE). The support was provided in the framework of the project FINTECC Ukraine, under a contract of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with ICF International, between March 2016 and June 2018.
