Energy Labelling Directive 2010/30/EU and Commission Delegated Regulations transposed into Ukrainian national legislation
On August 7, 2013 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine passed Resolution No 702 “On approval of technical regulations on energy labelling”, transposing Directive 2010/30/EU on the indication by labelling and standard product information of the consumption of energy and other resources by energy-related products, and Commission Delegated Regulations 1060/2010 and 1061/2010 with regard to energy labelling of household refrigerating appliances and household washing machines respectively.

The Sustainable Energy Action Plan (SEAP) was commissioned by the Government of Antigua and Bermuda and was implemented in accordance with the stipulations of the National Energy Policy 2010 – 2030. By order of IT Power the director of Energy-Strategies, Wolfgang F. Lutz, contributed to the elaboration of the SEAP, which was presented to the Government of Antigua & Barbuda in March 2013.

Since April 2012, the director of Energy-Strategies, Wolfgang F. Lutz, has advised the State Agency on Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency of Ukraine with regard to the transposition of the European Energy Labelling Directive 2010/30/EU, regulations for the energy labelling of energy-related products, as well as the implementation of harmonised European measurement standards for energy-using products as Ukrainian technical standards.
